Luminys has started a new chapter marked by the launch of our latest suite of security technology products, including the latest AI network cameras and smart building solutions designed to enhance security and infrastructure for modern buildings. Designed for the North American market and to meet industry needs for scalable, intelligent, and fully compliant secure solutions. Additionally, we officially transitioned our supply chain to Foxlink, to focus on accelerating growth in the U.S. and Canadian markets.

With our new product suite now available, let’s look at our new user experience, which is based on extensive customer surveys and interviews. Luminys is committed to improving customer interaction through our products, specifically by shaping a more intuitive and efficient journey for customers. Our priority is to make the transition seamless for long-standing customers by retaining a familiar user experience, as we establish our distinct brand as Luminys. 

What does the interface design look like and how has it been enhanced?

Our goal is to create an interface that feels intuitive and comfortable for users, aligned with our core principles of usability and trust.

What’s next for Luminys’ product and company growth in the future?

The months ahead are focused on strategic initiatives designed to further expand our footprint and introduce innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the security and smart building sectors. Looking ahead, we remain focused on scaling the Luminys brand and introducing new, cutting-edge products to meet growing customer demand. More specifically, Luminys will focus on delivering solutions that are powered by our software and the cloud. 

As part of our U.S. growth strategy, Luminys has prioritized investments in localized manufacturing and supply chain enhancements through its partnership with Foxlink. This transition will enable faster delivery times, improved operational efficiency, and greater responsiveness to U.S.-based customers. 

The company also plans to establish a stronger regional presence by increasing its sales and support teams, enhancing customer service capabilities, and forging key partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and technology providers across the country.
